All content published on The Drink Journal (TDJ) is submitted voluntarily by individuals, venues, brands, or contributors, or is developed from publicly available information.
During the submission process, contributors confirm that they have the right to submit the materials provided and grant TDJ permission to edit, publish, archive, and distribute the content across its platforms.
TDJ does not claim ownership over submitted content and does not control the original source or creation of such materials.

Content published on TDJ has been reviewed and approved for editorial use at the time of submission or curation. This includes, but is not limited to:
written material
images and photographs
venue information
descriptive or contextual content
Once published, content forms part of TDJ’s editorial archive.

To process a removal request, TDJ may require reasonable proof of ownership or rights, such as:
original source files or metadata
published attribution records
written confirmation of rights ownership
TDJ reserves the right to request additional information to verify claims.

Approved removal requests may result in:
removal of specific images or materials
redaction or amendment of relevant sections
full removal of the article, where necessary
TDJ retains editorial discretion over the final resolution.

disputes between third parties regarding content ownership
content that has been independently indexed, cached, or redistributed by third-party platforms or search engines
Removal from TDJ does not guarantee immediate or complete removal from external systems.
